This background can be used to <em>enhance<\/em> the <em>quality and efficiency<\/em> of the training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>highlight the similarities in operating the new aircraft compared to the known one,<\/li>\n<li>focus training on the differences and new aspects,<\/li>\n<li>train from what is known to what is new.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We call training according to these three principles <strong>Enhanced Adapted Transition Training &#8211; EATT<\/strong>.
